We had the deluxe villa which was so beautiful - probably one of the best eco type villas I’ve ever stayed in - very true to photos. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
They are extending the facilities and so there was a lot of noise from diggers, etc which killed the “retreat” vibe x also, not enough sun beds at the pool.

The location, design and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Nice massage and the rooms are lovely.
They were doing construction works - not what you want when you pay so much money for the stay at a retreat. It looks like a 5 star retreat in the pictures and the price was also much higher than the local quality resorts so we had high expectations. The SPA is only a massage really nothing else. No gym, no yoga and not even space for yoga. Food ok but won’t blow your mind. I wouldn’t stay there again for this price. They should be doing soft launch rather than charge premium rate while whey are figuring things out.

Wonderful stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The villa was spacious, the staff attentive and genuinely welcoming, and the atmosphere incredibly relaxing. A perfect base to explore Ninh Binh while enjoying some downtime. Highly recommended.
