Great space, neat and very good value for money. Good location near the river.
Access being through the living area of the hosts may not be ideal for all guests.

Karen is lovely and gave some good tips on where to go. The room is very clean. It's a good place if you need only a bed for the night. The rusks and brownies are a lovely touch.
We were expecting two rooms (based on the listing), but were given one. There wasn't anywhere comfortable to sit. Rating is mostly based on the gas heater in the bathroom, it smelt like gas and went out a few times while we were showering.
