bathroom stunning but at only 5ft 4 the marble round sink made it difficult to reach for wash
the bed was extremely hard like sleeping on board
sat on sofa bed n sunk into it hard to stand ended up on my knees to get up
frightened to use car as we paid for 24hr as w may not get space on return

EVERYTHING! the room itself was clean, spacious and extremely well equipped/ furnished, as was the rest of the hotel. The brekfast was fantastic and they even made me fresh vegetarian sausages on request. The communal spaces were really nice, and the staff were very friendly. the Toilets were immaculate too. Located just by the pleasure beach, with designated parking, so couldn't be better.
I didn't stay an extra night!

Breakfast was nice, location was good next to the tram stop and away from the nightlife. Right next to the beach too. The shower was nice
The place had a very distinctive smell to it when you got out the lift, in the corridors and in the rooms. It was a musty smell like stale smoke. I thought it was very expensive out of season to stay there and didnt feel the value for money. The beds were uncomfortable and our room was right next to the lift which made a loud noise through the wall every time someone used it so we didn't sleep very well.
