The room was clean, had everything in it. It was surprisingly spacious. The location was very good (had a day trip to nikko and hakone and both were easy to make from the hotel). I would definitely book it again.
Got the access information a bit after the check in time.

Very modern and spacious. The staff was very quick to accommodate us if we needed help.
The AC was no strong and it was hard to get a restful sleep

The location was in Asakusa.
I got a dozen Bed Bug Bites on my leg.
The bathroom in 401 was extremely small.
Narrow winding stairs, no elevator.
Taxi driver had difficulty in finding the hotel.
