Kimpton Era Midtown New York by IHG

I love everything every time I come to New York this is my favorite hotel to stay at ! The location is prime restaurants and bars on the block if you need a late night meal / snack and so convenient that the hotel has 3 restaurants on site if you don’t want to leave ! The staff is phenomenal everyone treats you so well. The rooms are immaculate always clean and super comfortable! I will never not visit New York and not stay here ! If you need to travel around the city it’s in a prime location being 10-15 minutes tops away from places ! And if not the train station is right on the corner !

There’s nothing I don’t like

Localização excelente (junto do Rockefeller). Quartos confortáveis e muito limpos. Camas muito confortáveis e vista boa.

I stayed at Kimpton Era Midtown for my first New York Fashion Week and really enjoyed my experience. The Midtown location was incredibly convenient for getting to shows, events, shopping, and around the city. I also loved the modern design of the hotel and the natural lighting in my room. The staff made the experience even more memorable. John, Macarena, the manager at Amasa, and Jorge, the bartender, were all incredibly welcoming and added such a personal touch to my stay. After long days of shows, walking around the city, and taking in NYFW, it was nice to come back to a hotel that felt stylish, comfortable, and inviting. I would absolutely stay here again.

The main area that could have been improved was cleanliness. The bathroom and the floor near the entrance to my room did not feel as thoroughly cleaned as I would have expected. I also noticed standing water in the ice buckets near the water station. None of these issues ruined my stay, but I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail with housekeeping and the common areas.
