Hotel Best Triton

The hotel was excellent and clean really good food with buffet style service.

We had specified and paid for a premium room when we booked our stay, however the room we were allocated was not as per the room we booked. It was supposed to have two double beds, the room we room had two smaller beds pushed together, we asked why we had not been given a premium room and where told that it was, on further inspection we found that whilst there was a coffee machine and kettle below the TV there was no where to plug them in. We spoke to reception and where told that there was definitely sockets to Plug the items in and that they would send the hotel engineer to check. After the engineer had checked we found that he has pulled the furniture under the TV out and plugged in a 3 point extension which then fed the fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Despite our disappointment and frustration, the the reception staff insisted that we had been given a premium room, my wife and I were and are convinced the room had been made to look like a premium room but the furniture and decor wax nothing like the room we had booked.

Bella struttura, posizione ottimale. Cibo buono e camerieri all’altezza con i cuochi.

Check in fatto in ritardo di un’ora perché la camera non era pronta. Questo non deve esistere. Le camere non le pulivano, non fanno l’aspirapolvere e non cambiavano le lenzuola. Addirittura un giorno non non sono neanche passate a pulire. Ascensori sempre bloccati.

Good location near prom and beach. Nice sized room.

Food was only ok. Massive free for all to get food which was lukewarm and very ordinary. Lack of adequate lifts made it time consuming to get round the hotel. Beds were made every day but the room floor wasn’t swept. Queues for sunbeds- there should be enough sun beds not to make this necessary.

Good choice for breakfast, plenty of food

Had a run in with one member of staff who was extremely rude. I was showing my friend who had a premier booking (we didn’t), where the roof top bar and premier pool were as we had been at the hotel a few days when he arrived. The woman wouldn’t even let me show my friend the pool, told me I wasn’t allowed on the floor, at the bar etc, told me to get out, I tried to explain I was only showing my friend but she was relentless, appalling behaviour. Never been spoken to like that by anyone in the service industry. I was in the industry for 30 years - disgraceful
