La situación del hotel es inmejorable, en primera línea de playa, junto al paseo marítimo, muy cerca del puerto. Las habitaciones son grandes, con camas cómodas y buen aire acondicionado. La ducha tiene buen caudal de agua. Tiene dos piscinas, de cloración salina, con temperatura muy agradable y tumbonas en abundancia. El buffet de desayuno, comida y cena es extraordinario. Hay mucha variedad de platos, guarniciones, frutas, postres... En el desayuno hacen en la plancha tortitas y tortillas. Siempre hay un plato de cuchara, arroces, la plancha funciona sin parar y además hay perritos y hamburguesas, para que cada uno lo componga a su gusto. Reponen continuamente, incluso cuando casi termina el horario. Hay cenas temáticas varias veces a la semana: México, Oriente, España, Marruecos... donde además del buffet ofrecen platos como sushi, kebab o cochinillo asado. El personal es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, tanto en recepción como en el comedor o las piscinas.

Hay pocos ascensores para la cantidad de habitaciones, siempre había que esperar un montón o subir por las escaleras (si la habitación no está en pisos altos, claro). Fuimos en agosto, imagino que en otra temporada se nota menos. Se veía falta de limpieza en las escaleras. Los pasillos de las plantas tenían moqueta, imagino que irán renovando lo que falta. Había muy poca luz en el baño.

The hotel was clean and the stuff were friendly. The food had a good variety and we enjoyed all our meals there. There were always enough free sundebs beside the pool. Overall a very good experience!

The hotel had two elevators but often only one was working and thus the waiting time was very long and annoying. In september there were not evening activities for kids anymore.

Hotel looking dated...but still great

Super location good outdoor facilities including two pools. Friendly efficient staff rooms kept spotlessly clean. Buffet meals cater for a variety ot tastes the food is varied and well presented. The Hotel caters for all ages and provides activities for young and old.

The pool areas were fantastic, great location , right by the beach. Excellent buffet for breakfast and luckily we had a balcony with a sea view....although others were not so lucky !

There were only a few hours a day to change the pool towels over , 10.00-11.30 and 15.00-16.30.. The jacuzzi was an additional charge....not specified on booking.com. it was 12€ as you had to buy a one hour pass to the spa. You needed to use your room card to get back into the hotel gate from the beach. The card reader did not always work and we and others were stuck outside waiting at times for others to let us back in.
