The Space:

A gated estate built for longer stays, with room to live and work. A two-story foyer with a statement fireplace opens to a family room with a large smart TV, a formal dining room for 8 or more, and a chef's kitchen with dual islands, double ovens, a butler's pantry and both Keurig and drip coffee.



The upstairs loft works for remote work or reading, and there's an in-home gym and a laundry room with an LG washer and dryer.



Primary suite (upstairs): King bed, spa-style bath with soaking tub, private balcony with mountain views, walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: King bed, en-suite bath.

Bedrooms 3 and 4: King beds, shared Jack-and-Jill bath.

Bedrooms 5 and 6: King beds.

Bathrooms: 5 full baths.



The backyard is the showpiece. There's a resort-style pool (5 to 6 feet deep) with a swim-up bar, waterslide and tanning ledge, a hot tub, a putting green, a covered outdoor kitchen with fridge and bar seating, and an outdoor fireplace with cushioned loungers.



Guest Access:

The entire estate and all its amenities are yours alone.



Entry is keyless, with your code shared before arrival, and there's a welcome packet inside covering the house and local area. Park in the garage and driveway, with room for up to four vehicles. HOA rules don't allow street parking.

You're in a quiet, upscale gated neighborhood in Indio, a short drive from downtown's shops, restaurants and cafes.



Empire Polo Club festival grounds: 5 to 10 minutes

La Quinta Resort and SilverRock golf: about 10 minutes

Downtown Indio and Old Town La Quinta: about 10 minutes

PGA West: about 15 minutes

Indian Wells golf: 15 to 20 minutes

Desert Willow golf: about 20 minutes

Downtown Palm Springs: about 45 minutes

Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to get around, and there's on-site parking for up to four vehicles. Rideshare runs throughout the area, which makes festival and golf trips easy.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private resort-style pool (5 to 6 feet deep) with a swim-up bar, waterslide and tanning ledge, plus a hot tub, all for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that community regulations require a minimum stay of 30 nights at this home.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
