The combined space is designed with soaring ceilings and mezzanine levels, creating a voluminous and airy atmosphere. In total, the residence features two queen-size beds located on the mezzanines and two modern bathrooms on the lower levels. The first living area is particularly warm and welcoming, centered around a historic stone fire-pit and featuring a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. The second area includes a spacious, fully furnished kitchen top and leads directly to the quiet balcony.

Both units are equipped with independent air conditioning and heating systems, ensuring a perfect climate throughout. By renting these two adjacent units together, you enjoy a large, private layout that provides both shared space and individual privacy. One side of the residence overlooks the lively street through classic wooden-framed windows, while the other faces a peaceful internal courtyard with its own private, livable balcony.

The apartments are reached via the wide historic stairs and do not have an elevator.
