Important Notes for Your Stay:
• No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Charge with ease! An EV 50A plug is available for guest use during your stay.
• Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required.
• A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway and one in the backyard.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Lake Levels May Vary- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control. As of July 2026, swimming and boating are temporarily unavailable from the dock due to current lake conditions.
