Located on the first floor the apartment consists of a large living area complete with sofa, smart TV, dining area with table for 5 people. Adjacent to the living room we have a double bedroom with adjoining kitchen area complete with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, complete with everything needed to prepare and cook meals.
Always from the Living area you access the second bedroom where you will find the bathroom which, although small is very nice. Also on the upper floor which can be reached by a spiral staircase you can find a fitness area. Throughout the apartment there is a wonderful 4.50 meter high ceiling all painted. The property is equipped with heating and air conditioning. We have wifi. The views of both the living area and the sleeping area overlook Via del Lavatore and the internal courtyard.
