Located on the first floor, the apartment features a spacious living area complete with a sofa, smart TV, and a dining area with a table for 5 people. Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with an adjoining kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine—everything you need to prepare and cook meals.
From the living area, you can also access the second bedroom, where you’ll find the bathroom, which, though small, is very nice. Also on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a fitness area. Throughout the apartment, there are beautiful 4.50-meter-high ceilings, all painted. The property is equipped with heating and air conditioning. We have Wi-Fi. Both the living area and the sleeping area overlook Via del Lavatore and the inner courtyard. The building has a comfortable staircase leading to the apartment on the first floor.

Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal

Once you arrive at the apartment, you won’t need a car or a taxi, because you can explore the beauty of Rome entirely on foot.
Just a few seconds from the apartment, you can discover the magnificence of the Trevi Fountain, as well as the Spanish Steps (5 minutes away), the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and more....
There is also Metro Line An and a taxi stand nearby to take you anywhere if you need it.
