This place was exceptionally clean. The parking in back was great because the front was always crowded. Plenty of place settings and cooking items available. Located within short distances from coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, expo center, Churchill downs, and others.

This open concept space features a comfy black sofa with colorful pillows right next to the kitchen island. It is the perfect setup for chatting with the cook while enjoying a drink.

Relax on the brown sectional sofa or gather around the metal dining table for a game of cards. The large windows let in tons of natural light to brighten up the brick walls.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and a gas range for gourmet meals. The wooden cabinetry provides ample storage for all your grocery needs.

We set up a dedicated coffee bar area on the counter with a Keurig and mugs ready to go. The industrial pipe shelving above displays cool local art and glassware.

Walk right into the main living space through the front door with its transom window. The metal dining set seats four perfectly for breakfast.

Walking down the hall you will see our collection of horse racing art and vintage bourbon barrel lids. It is a nod to the local culture right here in the apartment.

Head up the stairs past the gallery wall featuring framed horse racing jockey silks. The exposed brick follows you all the way up to the second level.

This massive chocolate brown sectional is topped with cream and patterned pillows for maximum comfort. We placed small black nesting tables nearby for your drinks and snacks.

This view shows the open flow of the living room with the black sectional and bright orange armchair. We hung a large triptych of horse racing photos on the brick wall.

Step into the spacious walk-in shower featuring custom grey tile work and a glass door. We tucked a rolling storage cart in the corner with plenty of fresh white towels.

The guest bathroom features a shower and tub combo with a fun rustic shelf above the toilet. We chose a soft blue wall color to make the space feel fresh and clean.

The walk-in shower features a clear glass door and beautiful grey wood-look tile. We made sure to include a grab bar and plenty of light.

The home was created exclusively for Airbnb! 🏇

The owners started with a 1900’s home and took it down to the brick walls, adding 4 new bathrooms and 2 kitchens with gas ranges to create a stunning work of art!

Located on the backside of Churchill Downs—home to the grooms, hot walkers, and all the working folks that make the Derby the greatest two minutes in the sport!

Great for exploring Louisville's dining scene after the Bourbon Trail, events at KYEXPO, sports at The U of L Stadium, or a trip with the family.
