Set right by the water, this 120 m² holiday home from 2023 offers everyday life with a view. The sea is the first thing you see when you walk in, and large windows draw the light and coastal scenery directly into the home.

The layout is modern and functional, featuring three bedrooms and a loft that can serve as extra living or sleeping space. The open-plan kitchen and dining area form the natural gathering point of the home, with plenty of room for shared meals and direct access to the terrace.

The sunken living room with a wood-burning stove provides a peaceful place to relax with an unobstructed view of the sea. The bathroom is practically designed with a shower, and an integrated annex with its own bathroom adds flexibility for guests or larger families.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. Several terraces, including two covered ones, make it possible to find shelter throughout the day. The grounds offer ample space for relaxation and meals under the open sky – and the beach lies right in front of the house.

The area is ideal for guests seeking tranquillity and nature within everyday reach. The coastline invites morning swims, walks along the water and quiet hours overlooking the sea. Birdlife and changing weather provide new experiences year-round.

Allingåbro is nearby with shopping, dining options and local amenities. Djursland also offers coastal meadows, forests and family-friendly activities within a short drive. At the same time, the area is peaceful and free from through traffic.

As a holiday home, the house works well for both short stays and longer stays. The combination of its unique waterfront location, modern comfort and easy access to nature creates a rare opportunity for a stay filled with presence and relaxation.
