Great place and well connected. The living room and bedroom are quite spacious.

From the beginning: there is no personal there to assist you. The reception only handles the keys and that’s it. To get to the lift you need to go up some stairs, not suitable for wheelchair or a stroller. If you manage to the lift, it is so small that you will probably have to carry the wheelchair or the stroller up the stairs. Be ready for some sport! The kitchen was newly equipped. We noticed after taking the IKEA tags of almost all appliances and cutlery. Sadly most pots and pans are bigger than the stove, which makes them useless or just decorative. Some damages to the countertop and furniture in the kitchen as well. The bathroom needs repair: the shower drain is broken, the shower head/sprinklers had limescale, a knob was missing from the faucet, two toiler paper holders (one broken/no bar to hold something), the trash can had no lid (broken/missing) and the toilet brush was not suitable for the installation. In the bedroom: a broken glass in the window, a shaky furniture and oversized pillows with undersized pillowcases, which made them extremely hard to sleep on. Side note: the TV could be turned on, but no WiFi connection could be used and therefore it was also useless. No channels are available. Side note 2: the apartments are located in the same building as the hotel but they don’t work together which makes the stay feel awkward. To finalise the review, I strongly believe that IKEA and luxury are not the same. Every furniture piece, all decorative accessories and cutlery can be new, but at the end is a reflection of our society: make it look good even though it’s not.
