Great location near the centre, with on site parking. Building is (I think) over 200 years old, so has some quirky features but has all the modern comforts needed - clean and modern bathroom, air conditioning, excellent wifi and a decent internet TV. Staff are very friendly and professional - Danny the general manager clearly takes great pride in providing his guests with a great stay.
Small fridge in the room would have been the icing on the cake, but otherwise we have no complaints

Lovely English charm. Close to sights, restaurants and shopping.
Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.
Will stay again.
We found the unique shower difficult to use.

Great location.
Wonderful staff
Fantastic breakfast!
We had a standard double which was small but that’s ok. The windows were in a poor state of repair and the outlook was v unappealing. The shower fittings weren’t old but needed a good clean. The bathroom door frame was rotten The mattress was poor and 2 of the 4 pillows lumpy. On the night we stayed the electric was cutting out every 3-5 minutes!
