Lovelyiew from room
The balcony area was covered in cobwebs and the metal slatted balcony fixture was filthy not cleaned for months with green algae on it. Our main course at the ladies festival was very disappointing rock hard roast potatoes and swamped it gravy.

Huge room and lovely bathroom. Good breakfast next day.
Location is on university grounds and is a huge building. Felt a bit impersonal and lacking atmosphere but the social areas are nice and restaurant was pretty good if a tad slow and expensive.

We've stayed before and are always happy to return, which says it all.

The property was lovely, and the bathroom in the room was absolutely great. Also everything was very clean.
The room itself was not great, we were in one of the old rooms, no A/C on a very hot day, there were three fans in the room but that was not enough. The breakfast was not as plentiful as you would find in a chain hotel and the quality was just ok. For the price difference to the Holiday Inn or Delta you’d expect far better quality.
