We loved the location, with restaurants nearby and a Lawson convenience store right across the street. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of plugs and outlets. The host was responsive when we requested fresh towels and sheets and made an effort to help with the laptop charging issue, although unfortunately, it could not be resolved.

The room was quite small for two adults and two young children, with very little space for luggage. It would have been more functional with additional shelves and hooks on the bare walls for storage. There was no TV, which we should have checked in the amenities beforehand, although we had assumed one would be standard. The small balcony faced another building, offering little privacy and requiring us to keep the curtains closed most of the time. Accessing it meant moving the table and chairs, making it difficult to navigate around the bed. The balcony was also too small to comfortably hang-dry clothes. One note for travellers: we were able to charge our laptop in several Tokyo neighbourhoods, including Shibuya, Ueno, Azabudai (near teamLab Borderless), and Shinjuku, but not in Asakusa, including at this property. This may not be specific to the accommodation, but it is worth being aware of if you plan to bring electronics. We had to carry our laptop with us whenever we needed to charge it, and even purchasing a second charger/adapter did not resolve the issue. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but the limited space and lack of practical storage made the stay challenging for a family of four.

Great air conditioning and an in-unit washing machine made the stay very comfortable, and the bathroom's drying and cooling settings were a huge plus. Plus, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within short walking distance.

We experienced construction noise close by in the mornings (which we were informed about after booking) though it didn't bother us much since we were out most of the day. Additionally, the shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent were nearly empty upon arrival, though management did refill them on day three after we asked - likely just an oversight by the cleaning staff.

Location

No advice that the door is double locked. Instructions on rubbish disposal and days for collection. Cutlery but specifically knives and forks. Dish drainer for sink. Dish drying cloths. If you cater to international visitors these are all essential. The drain in the shower needs attention as water backed up when shower was used. The balcony was unusable as furniture needed to be moved to access it. Photos weren’t accurate. Needs a lamp near bed and more power points.
