The apartment is new and spacious. It has everything you need for a good stay, including washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts take care of the needs of their guests. They even told us not to worry about three glasses we accidentally broke. There are enough parking spaces. There's a nice and big balcony with a beautiful view. It is quiet during the day and the night so you can fully relax.
The only downside is that the air conditioners can work only when all windows in the apartment are closed. You can't have an open window in the bedroom and at the same time - have the air conditioner in the living room running. But it's not that big of a problem and it doesn't interfere with a good stay.
