From the advert on Booking.com we thought we were getting the house on the main level. There was no indication that it would be the games room underneath the house.
There was constant noise from normal usage of the residents upstairs. The main issue was that the wooden flooring above did not have adequate sound insulation so normal usage from the guests upstairs was very loud downstairs.

Unit is actually the basement and dark
Very loud when people staying in the upstairs house. Can hear all conversations
Ducted air does the whole house and unit and upstairs has the controller! So we couldn't regulate the temp at all
