The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location, just 5 min. Walk to the beach.
Posting is a little misleading, as it states, you will have the whole place to yourself? You have the top living space to yourself, however there was either tenants or owners staying in the downstairs unit. Who cursed about parking and to avoid issues moved or cars to parking on the side street and then proceeded to have a fight, yelling and bagging things around until after 4am or first evening.
