Good location, with lots of cafes/restaurants nearby, close to the famous bridge, and easy walking distance to the Metro. Washing machine was very helpful during a long trip. Easy home location to explore Bilbao and the surrounding areas.
Would have preferred some extra basic amenities. No coffee or paper towels were provided, and there was only one half-roll of toilet paper.
