Quantum Hotel, Seoul Station br

Joe, the manager works unbelievably hard to ensure his customers receive a good service. He was always available and he did everything to give fantastic customer care. What a hard worker! Minimal breakfast, but included and available 24/7, likewise tea/coffee/juice, but no kettle in room.

It is a great shame that the hotel is lacking what you would expect from a hotel of this price. The room was on small size (expected though). wi-fi in room a bit hit and miss, OK in reception area. 2 problems that really do need to be addressed if it wants to succeed. Firstly, no lift as mentioned many times in reviews. Shower ran from cold to very hot (scalding) in a few seconds - not satisfactory at all. I was not concerned about it but there is no TV in rooms, it is sometimes nice to have entertainment or news.

The location was fantastic and the host was incredible and super friendly.

Only improvement would be to have a mini fridge in the rooms to be able to store drinks and keep them cold.

L’accueil très chaleureux et les commodités.

Short walking distance to Seoul Station. Restaurant and convenience shop near by. 24 hour snack counter. Free Laundry facility.

1. No elevator, staff help but if out of working hour, no one can help. Not suitable for old people and big luggage travellers. 2. Room is small, cannot open all the luggage bag. 3. Toilet also small. 4. Not value for money for this size of room. 5. I would suggest to cover the food on the 24 hour snack counter and the cooking pan, instead of let it expose all night long.
