Perfect for up to twelve guests, this dog-friendly five-bedroom, three-bathroom home features a hot tub for unwinding and a ground-floor game room with air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard, board games and books that await friends and family for endless fun. An extra fridge on the ground floor ensures plenty of space for groceries, especially for larger groups. Spread across three inviting levels, the home offers a King and two twin beds on the first floor, a plush lofted king on the second, and a king bedroom and bunkroom for four on the ground floor—each level with a full bathroom for added convenience. The thoughtfully designed kitchen and deck with an outdoor table set the stage for shared meals and game nights, while the private backyard beckons for outdoor feasts and starlit chats around the crackling fire pit. There is even a private office area should you need to work while away.

You’ll be nestled in a private oasis, but when adventure calls, spend a sun-soaked afternoon at the nearby pond, where you can paddle around on the provided SUP boards. Refresh in the outdoor shower then take a short drive to local favorites like The Kitchen Cafe, Uncle Pete’s Chowder House, or fine dining at Spinnaker Restaurant. Cape Cod’s iconic rail trail is just minutes away, with museums and oceanside adventures close at hand—so each day can be tailored to your family’s delight.
