FreeBee picks up at the front door and drops you on Atlantic Ave. Come back to 2 putting greens, a heated pool, and a tiki hut with bar, seating, dining, and Smart TV — all in a private downtown Delray backyard. 1 guest canceled their beach plans just to stay in the backyard. Sleeps 8. Pet-friendly. Walkable to Atlantic Ave. No checkout task list. Bar cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers included. Perfect for bachelorettes, families, and groups. Host responds in minutes. Beach 10 minutes.
The space
The backyard has a way of reordering priorities. One group arrived with beach plans and never left the property. Another said THAT BACKYARD in all caps in their review. A third said they'd travel back to Florida just to stay here again.
The Outdoor Experience
Two putting greens — unique in the portfolio and unique in downtown Delray — sit alongside a heated pool, a tiki hut with full bar, seating, dining table, and Smart TV, cornhole, and oversized Connect Four. The marble patio is private, fully fenced, and catches full sun all day. String lights and the tiki hut glow make the evening feel completely different from the afternoon.
The heated pool is clean, warm year-round, and professionally maintained. The marble patio surrounding it catches full sun all day — guests have used the pool morning, afternoon, and evening. Pool floats included.
A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included.
Pets are welcome.
Inside the Home
The interior is charming, beachy, and thoughtfully designed — guests describe it as a tiki cottage that feels immediately like home. LED mirrors in the bathrooms, beautiful art on the walls, a large leather sectional, and details throughout that guests say stop them in their tracks. One guest said they were in awe with every turn.
The kitchen is fully stocked — quality cookware, coffee setup, dining table for six, kitchen bar for casual meals, and everything needed for real group cooking. Travel crib and high chair available for families with young children.
Every bedroom has a 55" Smart TV with Roku. Beds are made with premium mattresses and linens.

The Details Guests Mention
The two putting greens get used constantly — kids, adults, and competitive groups have all claimed them. The games selection throughout the house is extensive — one guest called it an insane amount of games. The tiki hut Smart TV has been used for sports, movies, and game nights. The decor is specifically beachy and charming — guests call it out independently.
