Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, we cannot offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb website to find luggage storage options for a fee.
➤ Please note that the building handles all incoming packages directly at the front desk. There is a mandatory $5 fee per package for pickup, regardless of size, carrier, or quantity. Guests must pay this fee at the front desk upon retrieval. This is a building policy, and we cannot waive or modify it.
