did not liked the windows on the onsen, it blocks the view of the city

The property was very well located. Within a 2-10 min walk there were at least 4 different subway stations and the JR line which made it very convenient to move around Tokyo. There were restaurants and a shopping district close by and a 7/11 underneath the hotel. The staff were amazing! They were always there to greet us when we got back from the day and offer advice on how to get to places. It was true 24 front desk service. They even made sure they were about at 3.30am when we were leaving for the airport.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a soft side and a firm side to try and suit most guests but we couldn’t get comfortable.

綺麗な室内とデザインやインテリアで好印象でした！ キッチンや家電、食器類なども豊富な上にコーヒーやアメニティー、電化製品のセンスの良さに高評価でした。 ケトルや電子レンジの他にIHもあるとは驚きでした。 子連れでも両親のシニア世代でもゆっくり過ごせる施設だと思いましたし、ベッドも腰の痛みなどになりにくくて寝心地がよかったです。 チェックイン時のドリンクサービス、子供にヤクルトを頂けるとは思わなかったので嬉しかったです♪ キーやカードではなく全てパスコードでの施錠で、エレベーター利用にも同じ為、大通りから中に入った位置にありますが防犯上も安心かと思いました。 スタッフの皆さまも親切で好印象を持ちました！ コンビニもスーパーも近場にあり、3駅ほどが近くにある為多少歩きますが遠いとまで感じる距離ではないので問題ないかと。

The hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Tokyo. The room was modern, clean and very well designed, making good use of the available space. It had everything we needed, and the washing machine and other in-room facilities were particularly useful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was quiet yet convenient for public transport and restaurants.

The room was not particularly spacious, especially for a family and with luggage, although this is quite common in Tokyo. Apart from that, there was nothing significant that negatively affected our stay.
