Everything except the TV in my room.
TV in room was very old. Needs updating and putting on a bracket so it can be turned closer to the position of the bed.

Lovely property - beautiful old house and grounds. Lots of parking. Amanda was very welcoming. Our room was comfortable and faced the back garden so was nice and quiet. We had lovely breakfasts there and had some enjoyable conversations with other guests.
The only complaint we have was that our shower was not really a shower - it was only a dribble. The water pressure in the bath/shower unit was terrible, thus it felt like one never got clean and it was certainly not a satisfying experience after a long day of walking/hiking. We understand that this is an old building, but it was most unsatisfactory.

A warm welcome from all the staff and particularly Amanda.
It is a beautiful house and gardens with space and good accessibility.
The tennis court was in good condition and positioned in a lovely spot within the gardens.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and friendly service.
Nothing.
