Great. As someone who has stayed in a lot of Tokyo accomodation, I can say that this was pretty good value. Room was smallish as expected in Tokyo but totally fine (family of 4).
Washer/dryer was great to have. Staff were great and even though it is an unmanned hotel, were happy to hold bags in the room before check in (even with cleaners still there) or let you check in early if the cleaners had finished.
Would stay again.
Keep in mind there are stairs and no lift to your room. We were fine on the 4th floor, but just be aware of this. Beds were firm, but that is pretty common in Japan.
