What a great little unit. As a family of four finding accomodation is always a bit of a hassle but this was such a great find. Compact but roomy and so well appointed. The facilities were great and the layout was amazing for a family. I highly recommend. Also our host Lez was so great and very communicative.
The pool in the complex is going through renovations and so not available to swim(not that it was hot enough when we stayed to swim) but if we had booked it for the pool we would have been disappointed.

The location was excellent, close enough to walk to the vines resort and easy drive to shops and the swan valley. Lots of restaurants, pubs brewery’s, wineries and take away within 5-10 drive. Coffee machine, pods, tea, milk supplied, even toothbrushes and paste, and toiletries.
Beds super comfortable and plenty of storage space. Hosts replied to telephone query for door lock number as unable to access on phone at time.
If using Google maps can be confusing to find as takes you across the road, might be good to get direction prior from host.

The space, the cleanliness and the proximity to the golf course.
The lights in the living room were too dim. The window in the toilet is not fully closed so it was cold at night.
