We selected it for the location, which was perfect. Windows that opened three stories above the Piazza delle Erbe with its market and cafes was both beautiful and entertaining, but still not too noisy. Central and walkable to everywhere we wanted to be. We treated ourselves for one night, but for the luxuriousness and amenities, it was well worth the money spent.
It took me a while to find the light switch in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Large, beautiful, and quiet with an exceptional location.
Needs new pillows in bedrooms.

The place is huge, beautiful, and full of character, perfect for a group of friends or a family stay. The location is right in the heart of the historic city, making it easy to walk to most of the main attractions. The accommodation staff were excellent, helpful, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
One small issue was with the shower. It took quite a long time for the water to warm up, and during the shower, the water suddenly turned cold. In the other bathroom with the jacuzzi, I am not sure if it meant to be used for showering, the shower did not seem to work properly. We tried running the water, but it stayed cold, so we were unable to use that shower.
