Helena's Aether Suites - Seaview & Heated Infinity Pool

Prachtige en rustig gelegen locatie. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en dan welgemeend en niet omdat het zo hoort. In verband met de rustige locatie met heel mooi uitzicht is het wel verstandig om een vervoersmiddel (auto/scooter) tot je beschikking te hebben. Alles is erg schoon en dat je zo van je kamer het privé zwembad ik kan is enorm luxe. Alles is stijlvol ingericht, de bedden zijn heerlijk en de douche (met regendouche) was ook erg fijn. De eigenaren runnen in Tsilivi ook nog een restaurant, te weten Johnny's Greek Restaurant, waar we een paar keer ontzettend lekker gegeten hebben. Ook een aanrader. Ondanks de enorme hoeveelheid aan restaurants in Tsilivi zaten ze de keren dat wij er waren helemaal vol en dat in september. Wil je dus zeker zijn van een plekje, reserveer dan. Al met al reden genoeg om nog een keer bij ze te boeken.

Voor ons viel er niks tegen. Het was werkelijk waar uitstekend. Het kan zijn dat mensen het als een nadeel kunnen beschouwen dat ze niet even snel lopend bij een restaurant terecht kunnen.

The property has private parking in the garden, among the olive trees, which was very convenient. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was enough storage space, a mirror, and sufficient kitchenware if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Beach/pool towels were provided, which was a nice touch. The TV worked well for streaming, and the Wi-Fi connection was reasonably good. Anna was very friendly, welcoming and sociable. We especially appreciated that she allowed us a late check-out at no extra charge, so instead of leaving at 10:00, we were able to stay until around 12:30 because of our later flight.

The road leading to the property is very narrow and in poor condition, with many potholes, so careful driving is required. The biggest issue for us was the lack of soundproofing. Although soundproofing is mentioned in the property description, we could hear the guests in the neighbouring rooms extremely clearly, even their conversations. Smoking is not allowed inside, but it is permitted on the small terraces, and as non-smokers we were bothered by cigarette smoke from neighbouring guests. The infinity pool is advertised as heated, but we found the water very cold in September and did not use it. It is also quite small, so it is more suitable for relaxing than swimming. The pool area and terrace are not covered, so when it rained, everything became wet and unusable. The glass bathroom door does not provide much privacy or sound insulation. There are also many artificial plants, which in our opinion mainly collect dust. All four pillows were quite firm, so a choice of softer pillows would have been appreciated.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place is beautiful, modern, spotless, and everything feels brand new. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches as well, like the water waiting for us in the fridge and the bottle of wine — it made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Ana, our host, was truly exceptional. It’s hard to put into words how warmly she treated us. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for, and she treated us like family rather than guests. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. ❤️❤️ The pool area was lovely — very clean, peaceful, and with incredibly comfortable sunbeds. The whole property is wonderfully quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. And the view… absolutely stunning. The sunsets were breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also highly recommend visiting Johnny’s, the owner’s restaurant. The food was amazing, and the staff were just as wonderful — warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. It felt like having dinner at a friend’s place rather than at a restaurant. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would 100% come back. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with exceptional hospitality, this is it. ❤️

Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr modern und hochwertig. Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitenden. Wir mussten alles erfragen.Bei aufkommenden Anliegen brauchte der Verantwortliche bis zu 3 Tage zum Antworten. Wir buchten die Unterkunft wegen des beheizten Infinity Pools, der auch auf Nachfrage leidet nicht geheizt werden konnte und bis zur Abreise kalt blieb.Das Apartment sollte aller 2 Tage sauber gemacht werden. Am 2. Tag kam jedoch niemand woraufhin wir nachfragten. Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt das sie 8 Uhr reinigen wollte und wir noch geschlafen haben also hat sie nicht sauber gemacht. Das das Zimmer 8 Uhr gereinigt wird hat und vorher auch niemand mitgeteilt. Während des 1 wöchigen Aufenthalts kam sie dann insgesamt nur 3 mal. An einem Abend benutzten wir die Duftkerzen die sich im Apartment befanden. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir unhöflich darauf hingewiesen das diese nicht zur Benutzung sind.
