This property is great!!! Kitchen was very adequately stocked and cabinets labeled with content descriptions. The appliances were new, high quality, and very clean. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with crisp clean white towels and the toiletries provided were nice quality and smelled great! Water was nice and hot! Beds all had comfortable mattresses and clean white linens. The house was decorated tastefully and the back yard was a great place to hang out. Blackstone grill was a very nice touch! The downstairs hangout area was also very comfortable and fun! Highly recommended home rental! Well maintained and excellent communication from the renter.

Clean house in a good location for exploring the Denver area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. The house had plenty of room and dishes/utensils, etc. for everyone. It was also nice that others left little things like sandwich bags & condiments, so we felt good about leaving things we purchased for the next renters. The location was good and convenient to downtown. However, the backyard needed mowing, the A/C does not get cool enough at night (locked)- being from Florida we are used to ceiling fans in bedrooms, so we were warm, and the vacuum (happy it had one) had not been cleaned in a while (I did clean the filter).

This was a fabulous property, we were in town for the funeral of my father-in-law. We had 8 adults and two toddlers. Everything we needed was there.
