In the serene village of Naklice, just inland from the coast near Omiš, you’ll find this amazing Villa Nacle - designed for families who want space, privacy, and easy access to both nature and the sea. Spread across 160 m² on a 1,000 m² private plot, this fully air-conditioned villa for six guests makes daily life feel unhurried and comfortable.

Inside, the home centres around a bright open-plan living area where the lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen flow together naturally. Parents can relax while kids watch TV, play games on the PS, or gather around the table for shared meals, and a bathroom for added comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a TV, giving everyone their own quiet space at the end of the day with a shared bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and thoughtful storage support longer family stays with ease.

Outside becomes the real family playground. The private heated pool sits within clear view of the covered seating area. A trampoline, shaded lounge corner, sun deck, and outdoor dining area create flexible zones for play, rest, and meals. The barbecue turns meals into an outdoor picnic, while children wind down nearby.

Daily outings stay easy. Beaches, shops, and the historic heart of Omiš are only a short drive away. Active families can explore the Cetina River for rafting and zip-lining, while cultural day trips to Split add variety. A highlight family excursion includes a boat trip to Zlatni Rat on Brač.

Villa Nacle is best suited for families who want a safe home base with a private heated pool, play space for kids, and quick access to beaches, nature, and Dalmatia’s most family-friendly adventures - without the pressure of resort crowds.
