The location was ideal. Easy access to the slopes and plenty of top quality restaurants right outside.

We only stayed for two nights but the location was awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and had the necessities if you wanted to cook. Very impressed with the service when we reported that our toaster was not working. Someone was up in little time to replace it with a new one! The location is central to upper and lower villages and plenty of parking was available at a fee. The only downside was that it was quite noisy at night as our room was overlooking the village stroll.

This is my first actual vacation after years of stay-cations. So after saving up and driving up to the lodge, I was expecting to do some weight lifting at the gym and relax afterwards in the hot tub before doing trail trekking, but neither of those were available. Only the cleanliness of the unit prior the massive leak from upstairs is acceptable along with the customer service being polite and helpful to my questions. That being said Whistler Peak Lodge doesn't have the front desk staffed 24 hour which would have prompted a swifter response from the restoration team. They arrived at 12 PM, but I was grabbing pots and pans from the kitchen at 2:30 AM to minimize water damage. Also, have your prices listed with your fees and taxes on the website.
