Super friendly staff, pricing and the quality of the room. I will certainly book there again.

Great room. Ac unit struggled to keep the room cool during the day and night. Baseboard Heaters in the stairwells and elevator lobbies were stuck on the entire stay. This added to the heat load in the common areas of the hotel making the hotel uncomfortable. This should be addressed for multiple reasons.

With both my check in annnnd my shuttle to Vancouver the staff were exceptional. Its a long story but trust me when I say that they went out of their way to get it done. The other hotels just turned me away.

Central location, kitchen well equiped. Get what you pay for. They are in desperate need of a renovation
