7 bedrooms · Up to 14 guests · 7.5 bathrooms
You’ll have the entire house to yourselves, with a layout designed for both privacy and shared moments.

1 spacious suite (~45m²) with king bed, lounge area & bathtub
6 private ensuite bedrooms (some with desks or terraces)
Large indoor + outdoor dining area for 14+ guests
Bright common space for gatherings, workshops, or relaxed evenings
Ideal for:
Company offsites & remote team retreats
Wellness retreats (yoga, creative, slow living)

Family gatherings or special occasions

Tucked between Cedofeita’s cultural buzz and the riverside calm of Lordelo do Ouro, we’re hidden in plain sight: close to everything, but peacefully off the radar. A bus stop is right outside our door, and it’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center.

-Fast Wi-Fi, quality linens and towels provided
-Weekly refresh for longer stays; laundromat nearby
-Two private parking spaces available, suitable for two large cars
-Street parking also available nearby (paid 9am–7pm; free evenings and weekends)
-Security cameras are installed at the entrance and in the shared kitchen (none in bedrooms or bathrooms)
-No parties, smoking, or amplified music
-Stairs on site
-Municipal tourist tax applies (€3 per person per night, up to 7 nights)
