Cesare Room in Apartment

Clean and good

Visitors coming each minute without even knocking. Even the toilet

The room was good, especially for it's price. Location is also good, commute to Venice is easy and affordable. Host provided for us compliment water and bathing utilities. Cooking oil, salt and tea were also available in the kitchen.

Although the host had approved our request on Booking.com to arrive between 13:00 and 14:00, they were not willing to accommodate us by allowing us to leave our luggage at the apartment during this time, only after the official check-in time of 15:00. We were not asking to check in early or stay in the apartment - we simply wanted to leave our luggage and go to the city centre. I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, especially when the official check-in time is 15:00, although our earlier arrival request had been approved on Booking.com. However, the host was generally not very friendly or communicative, often responding to polite and straightforward messages with very short replies such as "Ok thanks" without providing any clarification when needed. Also, the internet connection was unstable, and sometimes it disappeared for several hours. Considering that we only used the internet for 2-3 hours in the morning after waking up and 2-3 hours in the evening before going to sleep, these interruptions were quite noticeable.

I liked the room although, had no hangars for a shirt. AC was good and overall the house is spacious. Quiet neighborhood as well as lovely location.

Bathroom cleanliness was very poor. When I rented it wasn't quite clear that it will be a room only. It could have been more specific that it is a room with 2 beds in an apartment sharing bathroom and kitchen with others.
