The host was available to help with information and where to go for things such as groceries, etc.. This was excellent and helpful. they even allowed me to arrive before the regular arrival time. Yaay.

The kitchen had all the things one needed to be able to cook a nice meal but the refrigerator was not set properly and actually froze my groceries. This was upsetting because the whole point was to ensure that I had prepared a great dinner and subsequent breakfast before departing to the airport. Unfortunately, the grocery stores nearby were closed by the time I got home to find my food frozen, it meant that I needed to go out to eat and had to have breakfast and snacks at the airport. The other issue was that the front building door was locked and I couldn't get out to catch the bus I wanted to get out on. Rather than simply tell me right away that I could get out another way the owner asked me to try a few different things. This added unnecessary stress to my departure.

The staff is correct and easy to communicate.

In the room was cigarette smelling.
