The location is good. The room is specious and clean. There is a washer machine in the room, and you can get detergent and hangers from the front desk. They provide bottle water and clean towels every day. Staff are very friendly. Very good value in Osaka.
No.

Convenient location, all necessities provided.
Got locked out twice cause I was clumsy and left the keys inside the room, staff were very nice and helped me even when it was very late at night.
No negative points during my stay.

-Large room with a kitchen and washing machine.
-Close to subway and restaurants.
-Kitchen is completely empty, not even a fork or spoon.
-There was construction going on all day which was very loud.
