Other guest quiet. No issues. Deck in yard to sit on.
Could put a chair in the room.

Due to construction on the main road it was difficult to know how to access the property from one direction. It wasn't until we contacted the owner that we found out how to gain access to the street in order to be able to park in front of the property. While breakfast was not included we found that there were breakfast items available for our use. Keurig Coffee maker and water in the room was a nice surprise. There was also a good selection of toiletries provided.
No hand towels were placed in bathrooms on both levels. Our room had a bed and one small night table so there was no place to set luggage but on the floor. Having a luggage rack would be beneficial, making it easier to access clothes, especially for persons with back issues.
