Very friendly lady welcomed us in the house. The building is old, but very clean and no mold/bad smell etc. :) There is everything you need - good kitchen, very good shower, laundry machine, separate toilet, big bedroom.
They were also super flexible with our check-out time - thank you, we had a great stay!
Steep and narrow staircase up to the living floor - no problem for us, might be for someone though.
The number next to the door is 20, not 22 as it says on the reservation details - but the friendly lady was waiting for us, so found the place easily.
