A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to your family-friendly Austin getaway, a warm, comfortable home designed for easy living, quality time, and stress-free stays.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Inside, you’ll find bright, open living spaces where families can relax together, cozy bedrooms for restful nights, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for quick breakfasts or family dinners after a day out.
**Please Note**
Pet`s are not allowed at the property under any circumstance! Owner`s have severe allergy!
The indoor fireplace is not available for use! We have an outdoor fire pit that can be used but you will need to provide your own firewood.
Trash Disposal Reminder: Please ensure that all trash is placed in the designated trash bins located at the top of the driveway, near the street. The bins must remain in this location at all times, including after trash collection, to ensure they are emptied weekly. Please do not move the bins back toward the house. This helps prevent trash overflow and keeps animals from scattering garbage around the property. Thank you for your cooperation!

Hard to beat this spot on the lake. No hydrilla, lots of good water to surf or swim. The house is an amazing shape, everything you need to have a perfect time. Highly recommend.
