This newly renovated boathouse sits on the shore of Lake Austin, just minutes from the iconic 360 bridge. It blends rustic charm with modern design: wide glass doors that open to the lake, a stocked kitchen with a big island, a record player and a Sonos speaker.

FALL AND WINTER ON LAKE AUSTIN
Fall and winter are the quiet season on the lake. Cooler days are perfect for pickleball, the fire by the water, a long breakfast on the deck, and staying in with board games and records. Lake levels are normal this season (the City of Austin canceled the planned 2026 drawdown).

THE SPACE
The boathouse is a full private guesthouse, not a room.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire boathouse, the dock, the fire pit by the water and the pickleball court are yours for the stay. Free parking on the property.

A FEW HONEST NOTES SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES
1. Reaching the boathouse means a steep hill and stairs down to the water. It is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
2. Both boat slips are occupied, so no boat lifts are available. Plenty of local companies rent boats by the day if you want to get out on the water.
3. Occasionally the dock is used to reach the boats in the slips.
4. There is no beach, but you can get in the water right off the dock. Heads up: Lake Austin has some hydrilla (lake grass) this year.
5. There is no TV and no washer or dryer.
