3 Querce Country Home is a gorgeous villa of 800 sqm for 10/14 guests with private pool, gym, hot tub, immersed in a a 10000 mq private park of oaks and holm oaks, on the top of a hill overlooking Siena. It is made of 5 bedrooms (3 have ensuite bathroom the other have each a bathroom (not ensuite), the master bedroom has a sofa bed (3 sleeps in total). Two bedrooms are located at ground floor, the other 3 are located at the first floor, where you can find also the fit area.
From the living room few steps drive you at the loft: an elegant private large living room with a double sofa bed, a 120 cm large sofa bed (3 sleeps) and a bathroom.
At ground floor the large living rooms exit in the lodge where a long table can accomodate 14 of you to enjoy dinners and lunches with an amazing view on Val di Merse and the garden of oaks.
The dining room is wonderfully equipe with ancient furnitures that make part of the private collection of the family.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has 2 dishwasher and 2 ovens, it opens on another outside are where a table can accomodate you for a nice breakfast or a dinner enjoying the wooden oven as well.
Perfect location as it stands just 5 minutes by car from Siena city center (all kind of shops, restaurants) and only 10 minutes by car from the Monteriggioni Castle and 20 minutes from San
Gimignano.
The tree-lined avenue leads to the villa with direct access to the parking place suitable for 4 cars. Passing under the round arch you enter the large living room with fireplace which opens onto a loggia and the vast garden.
The covered patio extends for the entire length of the villa and from here you can admire the view over the valley and relax on the outdoor sofas or have dinner at sunset.
The dining room can comfortably accommodate 14 people, elegantly and impeccably furnished, communicates directly with the kitchen, very well equipped wiith microwave,
oven, two dishwashers, wood stove and TV.
Adjacent to the kitchen a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
A comfortable bathroom is located at the entrance of the ground floor just in front of the large monumental entrance staircase, which, thanks to a hand-crafted chestnut wood balustrade, gives access to the upper floor.
At the base of the staircase there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, finely furnished.
Upstairs the staircase gives access to a living room with fireplace and television which allows the entry onto the panoramic gym equipped with flat screen TV, to the family room, with double bed, sofa bed and two bathrooms.
From the opposite side of the living room you enter the other two bedrooms with balcony and the sixth bathroom.
Going down to the ground floor, via a masonry staircase, you reach the Loft, a beautiful large two-rooms apartment with bathroom with shower, a large table with sofas and two sofa beds, (one double and one single). This space can be used both as a family room or else as a tavern for games and enterteinement.
The garden is finely cared for by the owners, the swimming pool, in a private position with respect to the villa, overlooking a picturesque valley, while the hot tub is located right next to the covered loggia, the ideal location to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and enjoy the view.
The vegetable garden is at guests' disposal with fresh vegetables and fresh eggs.
