The location was very decent, right by the train station with lots of good bars & restaurants nearby. Only a 20mins casual walk to the centre of Hastings. The property size was good over 3 floors. The bed was ok, slept well. Kitchen, living area, bathroom were good sizes. One bedroom had an ensuite.
It feels a bit tired & could do with a good deep clean too.

The location was perfect. 2 mins walk from train station, 2 mins walk to all the lovely little shops and 5 mins walk to the beach.
There is no table and chairs to be able to sit and eat breakfast around.
