Excellent location. We wanted to visit Pesaro, but not stay in the many beach hotels. This property is on the central street in the old town so was ideal for us. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and museums and art galleries a short walk away. The sea is a 15 minute stroll. The station is less than 10 minutes walk which we wanted for trips to neighbouring towns and the regular bus service to Urbino. There was some street noise which was inevitable, but the property is on the second floor (there is a lift) so was generally quiet. No noise from other flats in the building. The property felt pleasant and was very clean (recently decorated?) and comfortable. It was well equipped though we did not cook or use the washing machine. Good bathroom and an en-suite loo next to the bedroom which was above the kitchen/living room.

Some visitors might find the spiral staircase to the bedroom a little challenging. We were fine, but had to take it slowly.

The hostess was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, and washing machine ... We also appreciated the complimentary supplies such as coffee capsules, tea, sugar, salt, soap ...

The air conditioning sometimes turned off unexpectedly; wasn't a major problem.

Appartamento molto accogliente e letto molto comodo
