Atour Hotel Guangzhou Yongqingfang Zhongshan Eight Metro Station

I had a great stay at Atour Hotel Guangzhou Zhongshan Eight Metro Station. The service was great - everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was friendly, always greeted guests, and answered questions patiently. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. I loved the thoughtful amenities like the coffee/tea corner with a little ice machine at the lobby, free umbrella rental, and especially the laundry service - the staff dried my clothes and delivered them back to my room, which was incredibly convenient. The location is fantastic, with the metro and bus station both within a 5-minute walk. The air conditioning was also nice and strong, which I really appreciated.

One of my suggestions is to offer guests the option to reuse towels instead of replacing them every day. A simple card or door hanger would help reduce unnecessary waste. The laundry service was fantastic, but there were a few times when my clothes came back damp. It would be super helpful if the staff could make sure everything is completely dry before sending it back to the room.

The property is modern and definitely reflects the new era of China.

Super new, clean, modern. They offer breakfast and late night supper. They also have complimentary laundry service. Location is very conveniently located by metro station. Staff are helpful. I sent a package to the hotel and they held it for me.

They use plastic packaging for the towels which I understand it’s for hygiene purpose, but it just doesn’t feel very eco-friendly using so much plastic bag.

The property was very clean.

You cannot watch tv unless in mandarin and the WiFi doesn’t work at all for anything involving US or in general.
