White Retreat is a lovely 8-bedroom villa that offers guests 2 of the most famous characteristics of Tuscany: the amazing views over the hills and the vineyards, and the sandy Mediterranean beaches of the Maremma. The property has a 12-acre estate with olive groves and a large garden with a huge private swimming pool (14x7 meters) set on a sun terrace with lovely views over one of the best pieces of countryside in Italy.

The Maremma is in the south-western portion of Tuscany and continues across the regional border into Lazio. The nearest bars, shops and restaurants are 8 km away at Magliano in Toscana. A further selection can be found at nearby Scansano (13 km). The closest beach is only 20 minute drive. Touring options might include the famous hot spring of Saturnia, 40 minutes, the beaches and villages of Monte Argentario, 45 minutes, or the glorious Monti D'Uccellina reserve, 30 minutes.
