Beautiful renovations made to the house and we love the location.
My only suggestion for improvement is to update the bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs.

The house was absolutely beautiful! The renovations are gorgeous and set the tone for the trip. The location is ideal with access to the lagoons and quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this house!

Last. year we had a less than satisfactory experience with 44 Sea Lane property in Palmetto Dines. I complained directly to the Island Getaway manager and was satisfied with their response whichever I included am assurance the property would be cleaned and inspected before rental...I should mention that this is my family's have visited HHI 17 years.
the above mentioned property was in great condition this year, including the outdoor grill. thank you Island Getaway for your attentive and excellent turn a round... /s/ Don Griffin, Captain U. S. Navy Retired
