Located just a few steps from Place Massena, Nice Étoile, and Avenue Jean Médecin, and 5 minutes from the Old Town and Coulée Verte Park, this peaceful place will provide you with everything you need for a great vacation in Nice.
In the bedroom: a double bed (160x200 cm), several closets, air conditioning, and linens.
In the living room: a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a large smart TV, a dining area, a workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

A 2-room, 40 m² apartment:
In the bedroom: double bed (160x200 cm), AC, closets
In the living room: sofa bed (140x190 cm), Smart TV, workspace, dining table.
Kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker (Nescafé).
Bathroom: toilet, shower, heated towel rack, hair dryer.
To access the apartment, there are a dozen stairs to climb inside the building.
The ceiling height is lower than standard (2.05 m). That shouldn’t be a problem, unless you’re taller than 1.9m.
The apartment is located right in the center of Nice. It’s a 5-minute walk from the most popular shopping mall, Nice Étoile, and a 3-minute walk from Nice’s central square, Place Massena, and the pedestrian zone on Rue Massena, so you’ll naturally find just about anything you need in the immediate area.
If you’re interested in shopping, Galeries Lafayette, which is just around the corner, might be a place worth exploring.
Old Nice might be one of the highlights of your visit, with its market, galleries, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s just a few minutes’ walk away.
For kids—and adults too—La Coulée Verte, which stretches between the city center and Old Nice, is an excellent choice for a spontaneous picnic, some physical activity, or simply strolling through this park, which meets the Promenade des Anglais on its southern side.
If you choose to stay in our apartment, you won’t really need to use public transportation to visit Nice’s main attractions. Most of the attractions in the city center are within walking distance of the apartment.
The tram (Jean Médecin station, a 5-minute walk) will take you to the train station (one stop north or a 13-minute walk), if you’d like to visit Antibes, Cannes, Marseille, or perhaps Italy, Menton, or Monaco.
Another option would be to rent a car from one of the several car rental agencies nearby
